Eden Playa luxury apartment, 4-6 persons, 75m2, on the Costa Brava, direct access to the beach, swimming pool, well equipped (TV, dishwasher) with many services.

Nicole BENOIT will only use the personal information that you provide to process your booking. We may need to transfer your personal Information to third-party service providers such as house manager or insurance companies and travel providers, but only if you have requested these additional facilities.
We may also use your information to contact you about this holiday rental. If you do not wish to receive such information please contact Nicole BENOIT, 16, rue du Levant 74100 ANNEMASSE, France. In no case, will your information be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have a right to access, modify and delete information about you, which you can exercise by contacting Nicole BENOIT at contact@edenplaya.es. You could also, for any legitimate reason, oppose all processing of your personal data
Booking the "Eden Playa" apartment
4 easy steps are needed in order to secure your stay:

1. Request your reservation (dates, pricing, additional services)
- Receive a contract from the owner by postal mail (E-mail us in case of any incorrect information)
- Return, within 7 days, the rental agreement with both signed copies
- Send your 25 % deposit payment along with the signed agreement (100 % if for immediate stay)
- Receive within a week your copy of the contract signed by us, mentioning your deposit and your outstanding balance
2. Confirm your reservation
- 45 days before the arrival, at the absolute latest (otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled)
- Outstanding balance = rental balance + 300 euro security deposit + additional services (if any)
- Important: you will NOT receive a reminder from us
3. Pay the outstanding balance
- Ten days before your arrival date, we will email you your voucher and location instructions This voucher is absolutely necessary to gain entry to your holiday apartment
